Ryan Moody Catching Big Barramundi video series #11

Every now and again we put together a series of catching barramundi action from the previous few months on fishing charter with Ryan Moody – as we edge ever closer to the 2000 barra over a metre mark.

This installment is Big Barra 11 and we hope you like it.

We think it is our Best Big Barra Video Ever!

Ryan spends hours picking just the right musics for these clips so crank up the volume and enjoy. And if you love the clip and the footage, please let us know in the comments below.

The fish featured in this video were caught on fishing charter with Ryan Moody during the first half of 2015. Apologies to those whose meterys didn’t make the final cut. We get so much footage it is sometimes hard to fit everyone in.

For those concerned about the big fish featured in the video, all fish were photographed and released, some of the ‘stars’ are shown below.

About The Author

Ryan Moody

Ryan Moody started his fishing career on the reef boats before catching bucket list marlin for the likes of champion heavy tackle angler Johnno Johnson, INXS and the King of Sweden. Branching out in the late 80's to guided barramundi fishing, Ryan has made a name for himself as a Big Barramundi specialist and to date has put clients onto over 2000 metre plus barra. That is over 2 kilometres of metre plus barra! With attitudes changing from 'keep all you can' towards catch and release, Ryan has decided to share his extensive knowledge and hopefully inspire people of all ages to get out from behind the computer screen/TV and into the fishing outdoors lifestyle he has spent his life perfecting.

Nice some sweet fish in there. I hooked up a metre barra today and it put up a nice fight but got away. 🙁
