Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and obligations when purchasing any of the physical products via our website ryanmoodyfishing.com.

Your enrolment order signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a contract between Calypso Media Group PTY LTD A.C.N. 636 524 653 as trustee for Ryan Moody Family Trust trading as Ryan Moody Fishing (A.B.N. 71 600 311 680) (we, us, our, or Ryan Moody Fishing) and you.

By clicking “I accept”, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if it is not 18), and if you are registering on behalf of a minor, that you are their legal guardian.

Ryan Moody Fishing may from time to time vary these terms and conditions and will provide notification via our Websites. All amendments will be effective immediately upon a notification being displayed on our Websites.

2. Shipping Information

Each item in our online store is marked as a standard item and is sent via Australia Post.

3. Order Tracking

After your order is processed you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number (see Handling Times below for time it takes to process an order). Once you have your tracking number, you can visit the Track Your Order page on the Australia Post website and see where your order is.

4. Postage and Handling Costs

4.1. Postage and handling costs for orders within Australia only.

Orders over AUD$150 – FREE standard shipping within Australia

Orders under AUD$150 – $12.99 standard shipping, AUD$16.99 express shipping (excludes large & oversized items)

4.2. Postage handling costs for overseas orders: 

Standard shipping only.

5. Handling Times

Orders placed before 9:30am that contain standard items only will be sent the same working day if all items are in stock.

We do not send items on weekends or public holidays. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30am will be sent Monday.

6. Delivery Times

6.1. Delivery times for orders in Australia

• • Standard shipping – 1-6 business days
  • Express shipping – 1-4 business days

NOTE: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, availability of items in your order, or during peak order periods.

6.2. Delivery times for overseas orders

Difficult to estimate due to COVID. Average depending on location is 7-14 days.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want to make the return process as easy and quick as possible. The policy below should give you a clear understanding of your options.

7.1 Damaged & Faulty Items On Delivery

Should you receive a product from us that is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own, we will happily swap the item for you for an identical item.

We can also refund you for the goods however we will need the goods to be returned to us before issuing the refund, which we will pay the postage for.

7.2 Incorrect Orders

Occasionally mistakes can be made when packaging orders, so if this has happened simply contact us so we can fix the mistake up asap. In the case of any goods needing to be returned, you will not be liable for the postage costs.

7.3 Change Of Mind Returns or Wrong Size

Unfortunately, we do not provide change of mind returns or wrong size exchanges so please choose carefully.

7.4 Sending An Item Back To Us

For small items such as shirts and lures you can easily organise postage back to us via Australia Post.

Please include a receipt in your return package for proof of purchase. If you can’t find it then please contact us before sending back the goods so we can confirm you’ve purchased the goods through us.

If you haven’t already contacted us, please include a letter describing what you would like done with your return.
