Each item in our online store is marked as a standard item and is sent via Australia Post.
After your order is processed you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number (see Handling Times below for time it takes to process an order). Once you have your tracking number, you can visit the Track Your Order page on the Australia Post website and see where your order is.

Orders under AUD$100 - $12.99 standard shipping, AUD$16.99 express shipping (excludes large & oversized items)

Orders placed before 9:30am that contain standard items only will be sent the same working day if all items are in stock.
We do not send items on weekends or public holidays. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30am will be sent Monday.

Returns & Refunds
We want to make the return process as easy and quick as possible. The policy below should give you a clear understanding of your options.
Damaged & Faulty Items On Delivery
Should you receive a product from us that is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own, we will happily swap the item for you for an identical item.
We can also refund you for the goods however we will need the goods to be returned to us before issuing the refund, which we will pay the postage for.
Occasionally mistakes can be made when packaging orders, so if this has happened simply contact us so we can fix the mistake up asap. In the case of any goods needing to be returned, you will not be liable for the postage costs.
Change Of Mind Returns
Unfortunately we do not provide change of mind returns so please choose carefully.
Sending An Item Back To Us
For small items such as shirts and lures you can easily organise postage back to us via Australia Post.
Please include a receipt in your return package for proof of purchase. If you can't find it then please contact us before sending back the goods so we can confirm you've purchased the goods through us.
