PLEASE NOTE: As at December 2017, Ryan Moody will be retiring from full time charters to focus on his online fishing courses.

His brother Ian Moody, operating under the name Ian Moody Sports Fishing will be conducting barramundi fishing charters from Townsville and Hinchinbrook.

Who we recommend.

Premiere fishing guide Ian Moody.

Ian operates a Custom 6 metre vessel designed by the Moody brothers, providing the ultimate estuary barra fishing platform for a maximum of four anglers.

Fishing charters use high quality rods and reels chosen specifically for each set purpose and regularly re-spooled with premium braid/line (dependent on technique and conditions). Feel free to bring your own if you have a favourite. Otherwise leave that up to us. Please note we do not supply fly fishing gear and tackle.

Ice, cold water and live bait/lures (please note that lost lures will incur a $15.00 fee per lure). Again if you have favourites feel free to bring your own.

Pick up from your Cardwell or Townsville accommodation.
